Volunteerism is good for business and the community. Volunteer San Diego offers programs and services that make it easy to get your company involved in the community while meeting your business goals. Our programs help maximize the impact of your company time, money and human resources.

Corporate Programs and Services:

Teambuilding Services – Volunteer San Diego has more than 30 years of experience in planning and executing corporate volunteer projects. Our staff members handle all aspects of project management resulting in seamless, rewarding projects for your group.

Employee Volunteer Programs – Sponsorship of our annual Hands On San Diego event will serve as a portal to a year-round Employee Volunteer Program at your corporation. Hands On San Diego is a week-long service event, which mobilizes thousands of volunteers from employee teams, military, school, church and family groups to strengthen their communities and complete hundreds of projects throughout the county. Introduce your employees to volunteering with Hands On projects and continue with meaningful volunteer projects throughout the year. With sponsorship, your employees will be enrolled in our Flexible Volunteer Program (Flex), open to over 80 projects monthly. Flex allows individuals and groups of all ages to volunteer at times and locations convenient to them. We make volunteering easy!

On-site Orientations – Volunteer San Diego offers companies the opportunity to have our Flexible Volunteer Program Orientation come to you. Following a 45 minute orientation at your offices, employees will be enrolled in Flex and ready to participate in any of the 80+ fun and meaningful projects offered through this program each month.

Employee Survey – Want to learn more about your employee’s interests in volunteering and what types of volunteer activities would best suit their needs? Volunteer San Diego will customize an online survey and report our findings.

Consulting services – Volunteer San Diego has been helping companies plan and execute volunteer programs for over 30 years, and offers a wide range of training and consulting programs designed to help guide companies through this often unfamiliar territory.
